Does Peach State offer preventative maintenance?
Yes, Peach State offers preventative maintenance. We are a DTNA and Ford Commercial full-service dealer group providing bumper-to-bumper diagnostics, repair, and preventative maintenance on all products we represent. Please contact your local location with any questions on your specific needs.
How much do I need for a down payment and what are the monthly truck payments?
Down payments and monthly payments are based on individual credit. The average driver spends approximately $1,200 to $1,900 per month on their trucking payments. Down payments for a truck can typically range from $6,000 to $15,000. Some lending companies have special programs with low down-payments to help drivers get behind the wheel. Do you offer mobile service?
Yes. However, this is not an emergency service and work is scheduled. We do not offer roadside repairs for the safety of our technicians. Customers must have an established account and the ability to provide a PO at the time of service.
Do you offer after-hours support?
We do not offer after hours support, but tow services are listed on each of our location pages.
What warranties do you accept?
We accept Freightliner/Western Star, Detroit, Cummins, Eaton, Meritor, and Selectruck used truck warranty. At certain locations, we accept Ford. You can always call any of our locations and press 1 for service to talk to a service advisor and get answers for your specific warranty.
Is there a minimum repair charge?
No. Charges are based on specific repairs performed.
Does diagnostic time go towards the repairs if approved?
No. Our diagnostic charges are seperate from our repair time. You will be able to see on the estimate what you are being charged for.
Do you charge for diagnostics?
Yes. There is a 2-hour initial diagnostic charge. If more than 2 hours is needed, we will get approval before continuing.
What is your labor rate?
Our labor rate varies by location and ranges from $155 to $254 depending on type of unit and services performed. You can always call any of our locations and press 1 for service to talk to a service advisor and get answers for your specific vehicle.
What is Excelerator?
Excelerator Parts is a true one-stop shop solution, offering a robust catalogue with rich, detailed digital images and search functionality, including Vehicle Maintenance Report Standards (VMRS), Vehicle Identification Number (VIN), product name, or part number. In order to find needed parts across the DTNA network, the platform leverages the complete inventory of all Dealer Management Systems (DMS), including Alliance Parts stores, as well as the company’s 10 North American parts distribution centers (PDC).

We are now Peach State Truck Centers. We do offer both new and used Freightliner trucks, we also carry vehicles from the following brands: Western Star, Ford, Thomas Built Buses, Volvo, International, Peterbilt and Kenworth. Beyond these brands, we offer specialty vehichles and custom upfits, as well as Emergency Vehicles built to spec.
What is Elite Support and where do you offer it?
Elite Support is a customer focused way of doing business, a set of criteria that must be met by the dealership to be certified and a commitment by that dealership to continuous improvement. When a dealership is granted Elite Support certification, customers know that the service they receive will be of the highest standard, and that standard will be met at any Elite Support dealership they use across the country.
Our Georgia locations in Norcross, Austell, Forest Park, McDonough, and Jefferson, as well as Birmingham, AL have all received Elite Support certification.
